Ryan Seal, Executive Director
Ryan Seal is a native and resident of Bogalusa, La. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Human Resources.
Ryan has over fifteen years’ experience in managing nonprofit associations and foundations.
He is founder and President of a business and real estate development company and held leadership positions for several real estate investment trusts and hospitality companies.
He is a member of the Rotary Club, Chairman of the Fund For Bogalusa, and is a Trustee of his church. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and three children.
Dennis P. Neyland is a seasoned Insurance Executive with more than three decades of experience driving profitable growth and business development. He specializes in creating high-impact strategies for insurance companies, captives, risk retention groups, and MGA programs. A recognized expert in startup operations, Mr. Neyland possesses a deep background in securing capital and building insurance entities from the ground up.

Beyond his professional career, Dennis has served as a Reserve Police Officer for over 25 years. An avid enthusiast of combat shooting and tactical training, he enjoys sharing his expertise by instructing others. He resides with his wife of 25 years, Kelli; together, they have four children and are the proud grandparents of two.
