Ryan Seal is a native and resident of Bogalusa, La. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Human Resources.
Ryan has over fifteen years’ experience in managing nonprofit associations and foundations.
He is founder and President of a business and real estate development company and held leadership positions for several real estate investment trusts and hospitality companies.
He is a member of the Rotary Club, Chairman of the Fund For Bogalusa, and is a Trustee of his church.
In his free time, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and three children.
Dennis P. Neyland is an experienced Insurance Executive with over 30 years experience in developing profitable business development strategies for insurance companies, captives, group self insurance funds, risk retention groups, associations and MGA Programs. Mr. Neyland has extensive knowledge in start-up operations, including raising capital and surplus for insurance operations. Mr. Neyland has been a Reserve Police Officer for over 25 years and his hobbies are combat shooting and training others. Mr. Neyland has been married to Kelli Neyland for 25 years and is the father of three daughters, one son and the proud grandfather of two grandsons.
